Receive free Standard Delivery within the United Kingdom for any purchases. See Order Processing Times and Delivery Restrictions below for additional information.


Delivery Options

  • Standard: 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Express: 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and rural delivery areas*

Where We Ship From

Our central logistics hub is right in the heart of England—from there, we ship to all parts of the UK. We were so excited to launch here in the UK that we not only opened a store in Covent Garden, but also decided to add the logistics hub and a full localised Customer Experience team. It's safe to say we're starting to feel quite at home across the pond!


Order Processing Times

Standard — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12:30 pm GMT+1 will be shipped the same day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after our 12:30 pm GMT+1 cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Express Delivery — Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 12:30 pm GMT+1 will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday). All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and payment. During peak periods, additional processing time may be required.


Delivery Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses; please provide a physical delivery address for shipping.

Rural Postal Codes: If you reside in a rural postal code or remote location considered a "beyond point," we can reach your destination through both Standard and Express shipping. However, our delivery estimates for some post codes vary, so please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses:

Delivery To Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require delivery to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact Customer Care (help@allbirds.co.uk) for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.


Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to track the progress of your shipment. Your tracking number will only update on DPD's website once the parcel reaches DPD.  

You can also track your order in your order history once you've created an account. Just log into your account using your e-mail, then click on your order number in your order history.


Refused Delivery

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your shoes arrive damaged, please accept the delivery and call Customer Care +44 808 164 8595 or email us at help@allbirds.co.uk so we can assist you with your order.


Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
